reasons i love my job: interview with costume designer of GG

Last week my editor and I interviewed Eric Daman. Eric Daman THE COSTUME DESIGNER FOR GOSSIP GIRL. I shook this man's hand, and he is pals with Blake Lively and Leighton Meester. Heck, he's probably even chummy with Ryan Reynolds.

We walked into the restaurant where he sat on a plush couch, dimly lit by glowing candles, and he stood up to greet us. He leaned back a little, looked my outfit up and down, and said, "Wow, look at you!"

I'm still starstruck. Fashion god liked my outfit. I told him I had to do it glamorous for the creator of Serena van der Woodsen.

We got to chat for fifteen minutes before he was needed downstairs at the fashion show where he was hosting. With well-thought-out questions, I'd say we got some great quotes and fashion advice out of him.
