Journaling.

I have been feeling really inspired lately to start creating my own journals. This is my first attempt using embroidery thread and a brown paper bag. Sometimes I feel like I have to be crafty.  I kind of want to start a crafting club... but seriously though.

You in?

This General Conference weekend has been awesome. Listening to the Prophets, going on bike rides, and making grilled cheese. It doesn't get much better than that.

  1. I love making my own journals - here's how I do mine:

Go to DI. Find an awesome old book for a dollar. Hardcover works best.

Then go to town, you can recover it, cut pages, add pages, whatever you'd like to do.

I've done that for several books for church journaling. I take copies of the ensign or new era and cut out quotes or articles I like and paste them in with my own notes and commentary.

    Cute book!
