Little Blue Dress

Thursday, February 9, 2012

Yesterday Jane and I worked out for 2 hours. Now I can barely lift my arms.  Barely. I always want to spell barley instead. Also my husband made me breakfast this morning and that was awesome.

I thrifted this blue dress eons ago and haven't worn it because I thought the neckline was too high. Turns out if you just put on a super chunky scarf no one can tell what kind of neckline the dress has. I would call that a success for my wardrobe this week. Now instead of a little black dress I have a little blue one. Go team go. Also I did my hair.

link to scarf if you like.

  6. Hi! I just found your blog today and I am so glad that i did. I am a new follower :)

I was instantly drawn to your "bookness" tab and enjoyed going over your book reviews. I should do this with the books I read except for I think I am too critical of books. I am reading BossyPants right now. I love it except for that I feel liek Tina Fey is a bit abrupt. Do you ever get that? Like all of a sudden the story is just over. Anyway, just wanted to tell you tha tI love this feature and am excited to keep tabs on what you are reading.

And I am going to the BYU Blogger meet up too so I'm excited to meet you there!

  7. uhhhh....yeaaahhh..that was me. i recognized your outfit and had a "ohmygosh, heeeyyy" moment in my head but then i was awkward and it was too late. i also didn't want our first memory together to be a "oh. hey. i stalk your life on the computer and now i see you in real life and i'm awkward and don't know what to say and i'm sure i still have tired face from class. wanna be friends?" because that's totally what would have happened. sorry foe being weird. but real life friends (weirdness/awkwardness included)? yes please.
