If I could be an animal.

If I were an animal, I'd be this little calico babe...

Chalka, my prima donna kitty.

She spends her days prancing through summer-bronzed fields

and chasing birds, dogs and string.

But often I find her lying in patches of sunlight on the warm deck,

soaking up the day's last rays and

mischievously flicking her tail...

planning her next move, I suspect.
