An Announcement & Goodbye of Sorts

We aren't really sure how to say this but you may have sensed it coming.

Harley & Jane was birthed from a place of friendship. Over the last four years it has definitely brought Kayla and me closer together. The idea was that Harley & Jane could offer a way for us to talk about fashion and crafts and connect, despite the distance between us. It has done that, and could still do that, but our interests have changed over the years, and what once was a fun hobby became more of an obligation. The posts came less and less, and the time came for us to sit down and really decide what we wanted to do.

Ultimately after a lot of soul searching and thought we have decided to discontinue blogging at Harley & Jane. We are so grateful for this community and all of the friends and connections it has brought us. To each and every one of you who have read, commented, and shared, thank you!

Krystle (Harley) has begun a new blogging venture with a primary focus of capturing the everyday. You can read her new blog - krystle, darling - here, and follow on Instagram and Twitter here.

Kayla (Jane) will continue with the hands-on approach to journaling and keep recording life in Moleskines and scrapbooks. You can keep up with her on Instagram.

Harley & Jane will remain live so you (and we!) will have access to any post in our archives. And who knows? Maybe we will pop up in the future. But for now we say thank you thank you thank you. We will catch you later.
