Him & Her: After two years of marriage...

Friday, September 13, 2013

It feels like forever and a split second all at the same time. After one random blind date (thanks adam and tay!), a few break ups, two different states, and a million emails, we finally decided to make the long distance work. We were in it for the long haul, and still are. Things were so complicated when we were apart, but so simple when we were together. I think that is still true. Wherever I am or what ever I am doing, the world always makes a lot more sense when I am right by your side.

Him: Told her that he was extremely neat
Her: May have said that she LOVED to cook

Him: Right side
Her: Left side

Him: Refuses to let our children believe in Santa
Her: Demands that our kids will have a curfew

Him: +5 Pounds
Her: +7 Pounds

Him: Doesn't flip his pillow at night
Her: Sleeps with a sheet between her legs

Him: Losing hair... permanently
Her: Always shedding

Him: SO MUCH ICE CREAM
Her: So many Trader Joes mini reese's pieces

Him: Missionary Brother
Her: Missionary Brother

Him: Grew a mean beard
Her: Chopped off all her hair

Him: Recorded secret rap videos for youtube
Her: Recorded secret covers of indie girl songs for youtube

Him: Promised a "Thor-like" physique
Her: Told him she would read comic books with him... still hasn't

Him: Psychology
Her: Communications

Him: Feeling right at home in Chicago
Her: Finally making some friends here
