chicago is cold

Some random things for your reading pleasure:

these pictures don't quite do the weather justice. it is freezing cold here in chicago. i had sworn off outfit pictures until the temperatures cleared 30 but the sun ticked me. after these pictures i ran into the arms of my tan northface jacket. we love each other. 

DID YOU SEE THAT JANE IS ENGAGED!?! I couldn't be happier for that best friend of mine. 

i scored this skirt at the thrift store for a dollar. 

yesterday night michael and i planned on eating a frozen pizza for dinner--  until it fell face down on the floor. there is just no coming back from that. instead we ate gummies. 

when we went to renew our gym membership it just so happened that the general manager was there-- and he waived our sign up fees-- and then gave us ten dollars off a month. someone is looking out for us i tell ya.
