Due to inspiration from a good friend, I'm starting something new and exciting this week...Insanity! I've never really been interested in it (I like Zumba too much), but I saw before and after photos of someone close to me, and they are INCREDIBLE. There are always success stories in fitness magazines, but who knows how accurate they really are? I'm a believer now. And I want to try it for myself. Sixty days, here it goes.
I don't think I have a lot of weight to lose, but I'd like to build more muscle. I'm going all the way and even taking progress photos to chart the improvement. Wish me luck!
