This, my friends, is how I spent THREE HOURS of my life last night. I found this recipe for rice pudding and thought it would be fun to try since I needed a break from studying. Maybe I did something wrong {the recipe says it should only take 20-30 minutes}, but I stood by the stove for three hours stirring the goopy mess constantly. The roasted strawberries turned out lovely though, I'd do that again.

  1. That's so frustrating! I have never made rice pudding, and am not sure I will after hearing this. But those strawberries do sound delish!

    1. I've made it before with already cooked, day-old rice and it worked just fine. If you do make it, do it that way!
