One of the things that I am spending my summer doing is learning how to sew. My wonderful grandmother has gifted me her old machine and I have set up shop in her basement.
First project? Sewing a simple apron. And when I say simple... I mean it.

Here is a picture of said apron. I gave it to my mother because they are supposed to love everything you do and it was her birthday.
Up next is a skirt.
We will see how it goes!
