We were breaking up.
When he said it.
Those three words that change everything.
He said, "I think I am in love with you."
Me, "What?"
Him, "Actually I know that I am. I love you."
Me, "I love you too."

This is an excerpt from the dating story of me (Harley) and my husband.
I feel like this is a poem that could be studied and analyzed. Haha is this your husband that you're talking about?
ReplyDeleteOkay, so I'm stopping by from the blog hop and I have a few thoughts.
ReplyDelete1. Apparently I am behind and have to stalk you to understand this post. How wise you are... luring me in like that.
2. You have a super cute blog.
3. I think I had something else, but I'm attempting to multitask by watching tv and blogging, and... it's not really working for me.
That's all.
This reminds me of something that happened to me a few years ago. it's okay, sometimes, to let go of the person you love. it's hard to explain, but sometimes it is just best.
ReplyDeletei'm praying for peace. xx

Um, you kinda left me hanging on for the ending? But I guess it all worked out if he's your hubby! Kind of like reading the last page of a book before you read all the in between. That little conversation is pretty cute though, even though I am left completely confused!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds familiar... something that my husband and I experienced as well - distance truly does make the heart grow fonder.... Excited to be following you from the Live. Laugh. Rowe. hop. Hope you can visit soon....
